Hi, I’m Jessica
Mom of two, sourdough baker, bargain hunter, RVer, Marketo consultant, DYIer, and photographer! I met my amazing husband, Kevin, while studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain only to discover that we grew up a couple miles apart and we were fortunate enough to be able to start our own family in the same town where we were raised. Now, we spend our evenings and weekends on never-ending house projects while chasing our sons, Jefferson and Beachey.
I absolutely love photography and always have. I have albums full of memories from elementary through high school captured on countless disposable cameras. I broke more than my fair share of digital cameras in college because I insisted on taking one with me to every party. And I finally graduated to my first DSLR in 2014 when I was living in Buffalo, NY during the “polar vortex”…this California girl needed a little pick-me-up as I’m sure you could imagine. As someone with a comically bad memory, photos have always had a way of transporting me back to that exact moment with perfect clarity – which is probably why I’ve always had such an attachment to my cameras.
